ABOUT JAPANESE KITCHEN SUSHI BAR

In 2001, owners Jeff and Keiko Bunts opened this second restaurant to serve you better. We wished to provide an atmosphere that allowed for a more elegant dining experience with more traditional Japanese food items as well as grill menu items. The Japanese Kitchen Sushi Bar is a result of Keiko and Jeff’s vision.

We are happy to announce the completion of our remodel and expansion in 2006. We added a Robata Bar to provide a new healthy and tasty addition to our menu. Robata literally translates as “fireside, hearth, or by the fire” and honors a traditional form of Japanese cooking from centuries ago. Robata is served as small appetizers and allows you to pick and choose as many combinations as you like.

We are also excited to now offer Omakase, meticulously prepared by our skilled Japanese trained sushi chefs.
